Heritage Log Works, Inc. is located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. and has been providing quality handcrafted log home packages to owners and contractors in Colorado and New Mexico since 1991.

Our mainstay, the handcrafted full round log homes are provided by Frontier Homes, and are available in log sizes from 9" to 14" average diameters.Crafted from dry, standing dead lodgepole pine, these homes feature log trusses, structural purlin roof systems, and full log gable ends with most designs.

New for 2006: True handcrafted dovetail with tapered logs!

Handcrafted square dovetail logs and timber frame systems are provided by Logcrafters Log and Timber Homes. Dovetail logs are 6" x 12" or 8" x 12" and feature compound dovetail corners and timber framed loft and roof systems. Logs are hand adzed for an authentic handcrafted look.

Our experienced log crews can erect your handcrafted log package in as liitle as ONE day. We travel throughout Colorado and New Mexico as well as Utah and Northern Arizona. Contractor referrals are also available in CO, NM and AZ.

Heritage Log Works can also provide handcrafted log railings as part of your log home package, or separately for any other type of home you are building that might be enhanced by log railings. Rails can be pre-assembled in lengths, or we can provide log railing parts only. Tenons are cut using a state of the art Woofer III tenon machine.
