The plans and prices below are for our standard models. Any of our standard plans can easily be customized to your specifications; visit our Custom Designs Page for details. Frontier Homes The two models below are created by Frontier Homes. Prices are for the handcrafted, pre-assembled log package, FOB Corvallis, MT. Our price to assemble the logs on your site varies with home size and location -- call for a free estimate. Remember that we also offer custom design services to customize an existing plan, or to create a totally new plan from your ideas and/or sketches.
Deluxe Model: Log walls are 13 feet high, using 9" diameter logs. Roof system includes log girders and loft joists, one interior log truss, structural ridge and purlins. Dormer ridges and purlins. Package ready for assembly: $52,500. Standard Model: Log walls are 9 feet high, using 9" diameter logs. Roof
system includes log girders and loft joists, one interior log truss with log
ridge and mid span purlins. Dormers have log ridge only.
